Have your say via the Caring Together forum

7th August 2015

The Caring Together model is based on the principle of putting the person at the centre – so your views are extremely important.

If you have an opinion on integrated care in Eastern Cheshire, why not have your say on our forum?

You can suggest topics for debate or have your say on existing subjects. The latest question is: “How can health and social care providers work more effectively together to support people with long-term conditions?”

The forum can be found at caringtogether.info, click the ‘Get in touch’ tab at the far right of the navigation bar and then choose ‘Participate in our forum’.

Dr Paul Bowen, chair of NHS Eastern CCG and GP with McIlvride Medical Practice, Poynton has lent his support to the forum.

“Caring Together is about working together to achieve the best patient outcome, which means care providers, stakeholders and the public must all have their voices heard,” said Dr Bowen.

“The Caring Together forum is a great way for the public to make their views known, so I would encourage anyone who is interested in care services in Eastern Cheshire to get involved.”
